Etienne Seignovert - Le Murmure De L'Eau, 2025
Delicate yet deeply expressive, Le Murmure de l’Eau is a finely tuned Rhône white that balances precision with quiet complexity. Layers of bright citrus, white peach and subtle tropical fruit unfold over a striking mineral backbone, shaped by limestone and granite soils. Airy and refined, it carries a natural salinity and tension that gives the wine its energy and length. Pure, linear and effortlessly elegant, this is a wine that whispers rather than shouts—yet lingers long after the final sip.

The grapes were gently direct-pressed to preserve purity and finesse, then fermented and aged for eight months in stainless steel tanks. This reductive élevage allows the wine’s natural tension, minerality and aromatic precision to remain at the forefront. Bottled without fining, filtration or any added sulphur, it is a pure and unadorned expression of high-altitude Rhône terroir.
