A vibrant, joy-filled rosé from Rheinhessen that captures pure drinkability without sacrificing character. The nose bursts with red cherries and crushed raspberries, layered with a playful hint of mango and ripe peach. On the palate, it is juicy and fluid, carried by bright acidity and a gentle mineral backbone from limestone and porphyr soils. Vinification

Direct pressed and fermented in large traditional German oak barrels (Doppelstück, 2,400L). Aged for one year in wood before bottling without filtration and without the addition of sulphur.
